Summer Break: Day 7

Busy day today! The boys played with Legos and blocks this morning. Then we took Charlie to the vet...he's having a cyst removed from the inside of his eyelid in July and he needed a pre-op appointment. While Charlie was having his eye cyst expressed (YUCK!), me and the boys ran some errands and went out to lunch at California Pizza Kitchen (YUM). After swinging back by the vet to pick up Charlie, we stopped by to see Gav at work. Then we came home to rest and reboot for the afternoon/evening. Ben played on the iPad while me, Parks and Charlie enjoyed a nap. After our rest, we ate an early dinner and then played outside in the circle with the neighborhood kids. The day wasn't over yet so we biked/triked to Baskin Robbins for ice cream and then headed to a playground for a final evening romp. The day ended with much needed baths and two very spent kiddos, who are now sleeping peacefully. Time for me to sleep now too...
